Per C.A.R.B. (California Air Resources Board) we are not allowed to ship certain products -- those with an alcohol content of 15% or higher -- into the state of California.  The majority of our products are completely legal in the state of California.  If you are from California, or wish to ship into the state, please call to place your order.  In this manner we will be able to tell you which of our products are allowed and which ones are not.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but want to make sure we abide by all state regulations.  We will also be happy to answer any questions via email.  


This above map is provided by FedEx Ground and delivery times are intended as estimates.  The above transit time for your location is based upon normal/average circumstances and is subject to variation.  FedEx will not provide garunteed delivery dates for Ground service.  Due to Federal regulations we are not allowed to ship overnight, 1st day air, 2nd day air or any other express method.  FedEx Ground shipping is our provider.

All orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped same day.  All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. If order is placed on Saturday or Sunday the package will ship the following Monday.   Backordered items may cause a delay in package being shipped on time.
 
Our shipping department takes great care in the handling of your package so the contents arrive to you in new condition. Due to our products and federal shipping regulations, we are able to send our packages via ground service only. FedEx will not ship to a PO Box, so please provide us with a physical delivery address. Transit time on packages from our door is typically 1-5 business days to the continental 48 states. 

Our return policy is as follows: Our products will be sold with a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. We believe our products are the best quality sold at the best price. We want every customer to be a happy customer, so please inform us of any problems promptly so they may be attended to in a timely fashion. Upon receiving your order if you are dissapointed in any way, please follow the guidelines below so we can work together to solve the issue.

1. Send us an email or call within the 30 day warranty period. Inform us of the matter and your intentions. Some problems can be solved without having to return anything, so please let us know before sending anything back to us.

2. If a return is necessary after correspondence with us, the package must be returned within 7 days. We do not reimburse the shipping charges unless there is an error on our part.

3. All items returned must be in the original packaging with all packaging materials and paperwork in the original condition.

4. Any opened bottles of fragrance or liquid of any kind my NOT be returned under any circumstances. However, if the fragrance bottles seal is not broken you may return it.

5. All returns after 30 days from purchase will be done in the form of a store credit.  You may apply this credit immediately in the form of an exchange, or to be used on future orders.  All credits will be subject to us confirming returned products are in their original condition upon arrival to our warehouse.

Also, we are very flexible and accomodating during the 30 day warranty period. Anything after 30 days will no longer be under our protection.
